NURSING ATTENDANCE COURSE
Through this course a middle level training for Hospital Attendant is given. As per the feedback from medical community the syllabus was upgraded and the duration of training is increased from six month to 1 year. The beneficiaries have high potential for getting employment with good salary.
Total beneficiaries last three year 283 students.
PROFFESIONAL EDUCATIONAL TRAINING
The young girls and lady are getting different types of training our trainer like stiching, beauty parlor, Mehendi Embroidery Glass Painting, etc.
This year total 100 Students took part in these training classes.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT
The staff of Akhand Jyot gets opportunities to develop their skills through our training programs, evaluator meetings and their active participation in seminars and workshops, this year NGO has sponsored all the staff for the training of English Speaking, NGO also give opportunities to the staff for study with the job.
The Organization Started Dr. A.B. Patel Vocational Training Center for Women and girls with a view to provide Training and economical empowerment in different areas.
HOSPITAL ATTENDANT’S COURSE

ART & CRAFT AND FASHION DESIGNING COURSES
Young girls and housewives who join this course get training in sewing, designing fashionable clothes as well as preparing small articles of artistic display.
WOMEN’S CO-OPRATIVE SOCIETY
This co-operative runs regular kitchen which provides tiffin services, catering services and snacks for parties and also prepares spices, pickles,papads etc.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT
‘Improving quality and impact’ can be defined as maximising the value that an NGO adds to other people’s efforts to improve their lives and societies. The definition is based on deep roots around the idea of helping people help themselves. It has two major implications.

We frequently conduct ground surveys and mobilization activities in order to getter a better idea of the requirements necessary at the grassroots level. The focus is mainly to build awareness and to motivate artisans to actively participate.
CO OPERATIVE SOCIETY DEVELOPMENT
The term co-operation is derived from the Latin word co-operari, where the word co means ‘with’ and operari means ‘to work’. Thus, co-operation means working together. So those who want to work together with some common economic objective can form a society which is termed as “co-operative society”. It is a voluntary association of persons who work together to promote their economic interest. It works on the principle of self-help as well as mutual help. The main objective is to provide support to the members. Nobody joins a cooperative society to earn profit. People come forward as a group, pool their individual resources, utilise them in the best possible manner, and derive some common benefit out of it.
