Sponsorship Program is generating from three centre of Akhand Jyot (1) Fatehpura (2) Anasan (3) Mehmdavad. (4) Naroda Sponsorship Program is generating with the kind sponsorship of FIFA (Sweden) Sponsorship Program Helps those children who are already in school and need support and guidance in their studies in forms of books notebooks, uniforms, pen, pencil, Compass –box, school bag, shoes, water bag etc., and regular coaching at the agency level. It also helps children for their overall personality development through celebration of all religious and national festivals, cultural and recreational programs, and vocational activities. During this program Akhand Jyot Provided all the facilities to the children for their studies. Children also took for the visit different places.

NURSING ATTENDANCE COURSE
Through this course a middle level training for Hospital Attendant is given. As per the feedback from medical community the syllabus was upgraded and the duration of training is increased from six month to 1 year. The beneficiaries have high potential for getting employment with good salary.
Total beneficiaries starting to till date 1436 students.
Total beneficiaries last three year 283 students.
PROFFESIONAL EDUCATIONAL TRAINING
The young girls and lady are getting different types of training our trainer like steaching, beauty parlor, Mehndi Embroidery Glass Painting, etc.
This year total 100 Students took part in these training classes.
AKHAND JYOUT WOMEN’S CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY
The organization unit women to work for their own benefit, Akhand Jyot registered a women’s co-operative under co-operative society Act. There are 57 nwnberrs. This co-operative runs kitchen which provides Tiffin services, catering service takes orders and provides snacks on the occasion of parties etc. They also prepare masalas, pickles, papads, Mathias, sev etc. Many Women who are not educated enough to get job, have found a place here to work and earn.

Staff Development
The staff of Akhand Jyot gets opportunities to develop their skills through our training programs, evaluator meetings and their active participation in seminars and workshops, this year NGO has sponsored all the staff for the training of English Speaking, NGO also give opportunities to the staff for study with the job.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Festival base intervention
We have celebrated Christmas with children of street in sponsorship project. We have celebrated 26th January (Republic day) &15th August (Independence Day) with children of ICPS project & Sponsorship project. In HIV/AIDs project celebrated valentine’s day, ‘Uttarayan’ & ‘Holi’ with community people in field area. We celebrated ‘Rakshabandhan’ in field area and with children of different project and staff members. We also spread general awareness through festival celebration.
Placement of MSW student
Akhand jyot is providing guidance to MSW-1 student. Akhand jyot place theme in agency and provide them knowledge about social work and field work as a part of their studies. In this placement Akhand jyot send them in four branch offices and make them aware about all the programs which are running in community.
This year total 29 students have taken benefit of placement services.
